Sesame Chicken

Hands down, Sesame Chicken is my family's favorite takeout dish. This is a great recipe for making it at home.
Ingredients:
1-2 lbs chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch chunks
1/4 cup sesame seed
3 tbs oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbs brown sugar
3/4 tsp ground ginger
2 cloves of garlic, minced
4 scallions, thinly sliced
Instructions
In a large skillet add the oil and sesame seeds; cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until the seeds are golden
Allow seeds to cool. Add the soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic and scallions and stir to combine
Add the chicken chunks, covering in the sauce completely
Add chicken to a baking sheet covered in foil; Cover and marinate for 1 hour
When you are ready to cook the chicken, turn the oven to broil; cook for about 10 minutes remove the chicken, flip and cook for another 5 minutes
